The city is working to improve drainage on First Tee — Hampton Roads golf course and Virginia Beach National. They will be removing a thin layer of trees along the right side of the 3rd hole, starting from behind the tee box and extending through the back of the 4th tee box. They will be hauling lake debris out the same way.

No, hole 3 will remain open. Please be respectful of the fence, they are meant to contain the work area and protect existing drainage basins. This is in the best interest of our facility’s long-term health. We apologize for any inconvenience the work causes as you enjoy the course.
